Hoooray! finally done! the 2008 version of this 3 years old picture : [link]
And in wallpaper format for all to enjoy! Weeeeeee!
Okay, crap aside, I really like the result of this remake...and it made me discover new stuff ! You see that shiny armor ? well it took me -5- minutes to shade..... yep, five minute, while my angel in lovely hell megablast 06 took me endless hours.... you see I figured a new layer style that do all the job for me, ahahah i'm sooo gonna overuse it like a good lil' photoshop whore ! the hair however took me a few hours... I really need to figure something for those.
it's so bright my eyes are melting...
yeah one thing I noticed when comparing the pictures is that my style got really darker, not necessary in the "evil" way, it's about the shadows.... my shading have become really dense... but I like it this way, I feel it give more deepness to the picture.
And you, what are your thoughts on this picture, compared to the 2005 version ?

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactThe drawing does have a mood and does have an impact. The technique can have a little bit of improvent though. The color does standout pretty good. The expression is good. Including the hair. The complection on the face (and a little bit of skin that is showing) is done perfectly. The backround is great and does support the idea that the artist is tring to give. You can tell that this drawing took a long time to make and the the artist has pride it thier work.
