Shes' a drow pirate (duh!) captain that want to be remembered and feared. Her favourite colors would be black and orange, and her name mean raven, thus the ravens outline on her bandana and coat.
I never did a pirate or a ship before, I think I managed to do a neat job. overall it was fun to do... Orange being a flashy color I though it would be challenging to blend it in the picture's mood but in the end everything went smoothly.

love the mood you managed to set here, the shadows, the rich textures and colors just make this pop out at the viewer. I really love the night sky and the texture of the wood, it looks so realistic <3 The ropes are also so rendered perfectly, as well as the somewhat silken look of her clothing. Over all this is just a really, really masterful work, something you should be proud of <3
